Broadspire - Awful person to speak with
I called to inform my husbands contact person Henrietta about some tests he had to have suddenly that could have possibly been related to an injury almost 4 weeks prior. Immediately she interrupted yelling "I'm not paying for that!" I tried to explain what had transpired with a doctor we were referred to for what we thought was unrelated to the injury but now could be related to it and again kept repeating "I'm not Paying for that!" I was appalled how rude she kept being and hung up on her yelling.
I got upset because this could be a serious matter for him and she would NOT even listen!
I am so shocked that she talked like this supposedly being a representative of the company for my husbands employer. It was disgraceful and humiliating to say the least
