Since August 8, 2022, I have been trying to obtain the necessary forms so I can file a claim on my travel insurance. Since my initial contact they have not forwarded the forms despite repeated requests.
My claims Processor, Stefanie Steward, does not answer her phone and doesn't respond to my voice messages. I purchased the travel insurance from John Hancock Insurance Agency, Inc. who contracted for Broadspire to act as their third-party service administrator. I have requested assistance from John Hancock but they would provide none and they did not have a mechanism for registering a complaint regarding Broadspire.
I also have travel insurance through my VISA Premium card from Bank of America which also has Broadspire as a administrator. Bank of America could provide no assistance either.

Same issue here. Appears disrespect for customers and *** poor, actually non-existent, customer service it company policy and not the exception.
We booked flights last August, 2022 from flights to New Zealand in March this year (2023) and related trip insurance through booking.com for a trip that ended up needing to cancel due to sudden unforeseen serious medical issues. I had used booking.com on recommendations of adult stepson who had used them for travel to Europe, so I didn't check online reviews. Had I done so I would have avoided booking.com like the plague. Their TV ads starring Melissa McCarthy make me want to vomit.
Have been trying to deal with Broadspire since February to get my refunds. Submitted reams of requested documentation including letters from doctors. Automated emails acknowledge all required documents have been received and reviewed. Yet claims agents are impossible to talk to by phone.
Every attempt to call their direct line, up to and including supervisor, goes to voice mail and they never return calls or replies to emails. Indeed.com has a litany of complaints about their work environment.
So I am still out $2,695 in lost air fare and don't know if I'll ever see the coverage limits of $2,400. My next step is to file complaint with FTC and contact my state's Attorney General.
I am having the same problem. I cancelled in August 22 and have heard nothing from Broadspire. Was your issue resolved?
