Broadspire - No Calls, Letters or Payments
Ive been receiving my check every 2 weeks and then a month ago, checks stopped, no returned phone calls after many attempts to talk to my adjuster, no letters and my claim is still open.
Broadspire - Horrible company
Doesn't return phone calls treats you like a criminal. Dealing with a workmans comp claim worst expierence very unethical

Broadspire - Theater fall back injury
I fell in a Grapevine, Tx theater as a result of a loose stair tread that required back surgery to correct. Broadspire initially offered a $1000 settlement which they declined. Now, they deny any responsibility although theater management took a photo of the out of place tread edge.
Broadspire - The Run-around
I fell at work and have been receiving a bill from a health care provider. I sent a message asking what I should do with the bill, got no response. Sent a message with the bill attached, no response. Took the bill to my HR dept., they wanted me to call provider, provider wanted me to call Broadspire, Broadspire tells me they have no record of the bill. Ugh! I refuse to pay this bill.
