User's recommendation: Unless someone contacts me in the next 24 hours I will not recommend this company to anyone and I hate that someone recommended them to me but lesson learned I understand that they could be busy but at least give me respect and let me know something instead of ignoring me

Call does not go through had terrible service no one returns my calls. Nobody returns my lawyer or my doctor calls waiting two months for a surgery date even though it was approved by your insurance doctor over two weeks ago I am in a lot of pain and nothing is being done about it horrible service

After filing an insurance claim with this company, a client of theirs hit and damaged my unoccupied vehicle and I have yet to receive any communication from anyone from Broadspire. My claim was filed in late February, and today is May 27th, with no response at all from Broadspire.

I have called 46 times and left 19 messages, 8 of which are marked urgent. Still no response.

My vehicle was damaged more than 3 months ago and they won't even give me a courtesy call. At this point, I need to get my lawyer involved.

If your employer works with Broadspire I hope you never get injured and relay on Broadspire. I can't get a call back or a reply on an email.

I have two bills in collections due to this company not paying the bill.

My previous provider retired and Broadspire was notified I'd need a provider, I've been w/o a provider for two months. If you all are swamped with work send me a list, and I'll find one myself.

They don’t pay on time

My husband is currently receiving work comp. Initially the rep said he gets paid every two weeks.

Every check it drifts farther and farther apart. Hes almost at 4 weeks between checks now. The rep wont answer calls and rarely responds to emails.

We sent her an email asking why the checks are now late and she didnt even respond to that. So now weve had to hire an attorney.

Never pay you on time and then have no rush to pay you what they owe you. They take forever to get meds approved and you have to call multiple times.

Was told to switch to direct deposit and that would fix the delay, that was a freaking lie.

Every three weeks they scre my check up, mess up doctors appointments, take forever on what your healing needs are. This place is an absolute joke.

Do not have your policy

Broadspire keeps telling Medicare once a year that I have a drug plan with them , which is not true. The lady that I talked to on the phone said my policy was terminated in 2015 and that because of that she had nothing to update.

Medicare said Broadspire should update. I do not have any policies with you and I want you to stop sending false information to Medicare.

She has never met me or dealt with me. Im not some person looking for money. I was truly hurt at work and just want medical bills paid. Ive been forced to get an attorney now.

The treatment by her is unethical and unprofessional. I hope nobody has to deal with this company.

My check was cashed fraudulently and its been 4 months Ive been trying to receive my money. Ive spoken to broadspire where the check originated from, because the Bank it got cashed at told me that broadspire needed to send them a letter of indemnity. Broadspire told me they cant help???
