I've left several messages about updates on my claim, but no one has contacted me as of this day. I'm more disappointed than angry.

I filed a claim months ago, called every other day, and left several messages. No one has contacted me yet with updates or anything.

Call does not go through had terrible service no one returns my calls. Nobody returns my lawyer or my doctor calls waiting two months for a surgery date even though it was approved by your insurance doctor over two weeks ago I am in a lot of pain and nothing is being done about it horrible service

After filing an insurance claim with this company, a client of theirs hit and damaged my unoccupied vehicle and I have yet to receive any communication from anyone from Broadspire. My claim was filed in late February, and today is May 27th, with no response at all from Broadspire.

I have called 46 times and left 19 messages, 8 of which are marked urgent. Still no response.

My vehicle was damaged more than 3 months ago and they won't even give me a courtesy call. At this point, I need to get my lawyer involved.

My truck was park and a person with broadsipire insurance hit my truck. Been waiting 6 weeks for an adjuster to call. Been leaving messages and no return

If your employer works with Broadspire I hope you never get injured and relay on Broadspire. I can't get a call back or a reply on an email.

I have two bills in collections due to this company not paying the bill.

My previous provider retired and Broadspire was notified I'd need a provider, I've been w/o a provider for two months. If you all are swamped with work send me a list, and I'll find one myself.

My husband is currently receiving work comp. Initially the rep said he gets paid every two weeks.

Every check it drifts farther and farther apart. Hes almost at 4 weeks between checks now. The rep wont answer calls and rarely responds to emails.

We sent her an email asking why the checks are now late and she didnt even respond to that. So now weve had to hire an attorney.

Never pay you on time and then have no rush to pay you what they owe you. They take forever to get meds approved and you have to call multiple times.

Was told to switch to direct deposit and that would fix the delay, that was a freaking lie.

Every three weeks they scre my check up, mess up doctors appointments, take forever on what your healing needs are. This place is an absolute joke.

Purchased travel insurance.

Missed ridiculous connection runway and baggage delay.

Spend the night on floor in Toronto.

Spend the day trying to get assistance.

Purchase last minute ticket to get out.

Fight for a year to get reimbursed.

Still fighting.

Not giving up.

Lying cheating bastards. Email after email of excuses.

Denial of FMLA Benefits. Under three different doctor's care since August 2022 and only granted one day per month of FMLA, and it was closed AC-22-39**** Still under Doctor's care for skin cancer, heart condition (2 ear attacks) and dental surgery

What more do they need... My company, Hilton Grand Vacation is under stupid points system for missing days and I'm at a termination level

They never have the Intention to process your claim and never will. They will continue to ask lie and ask for the same or new documentation over and over until you get tired and stop following up.

Broadspire keeps telling Medicare once a year that I have a drug plan with them , which is not true. The lady that I talked to on the phone said my policy was terminated in 2015 and that because of that she had nothing to update.

Medicare said Broadspire should update. I do not have any policies with you and I want you to stop sending false information to Medicare.

This has to be the nastiest adjuster ever. She doesnt even know me and actually put in writing about my lack of character and more.

She has never met me or dealt with me. Im not some person looking for money. I was truly hurt at work and just want medical bills paid. Ive been forced to get an attorney now.

The treatment by her is unethical and unprofessional. I hope nobody has to deal with this company.

My check was cashed fraudulently and its been 4 months Ive been trying to receive my money. Ive spoken to broadspire where the check originated from, because the Bank it got cashed at told me that broadspire needed to send them a letter of indemnity. Broadspire told me they cant help???
