Broadspire plays games! 2 months no pay!!!

It is easier to file a claim with my state than these clowns. 24-48 hrs. for a callback, and heaven forbid you miss the call, you've got to start all over. Every time I speak with my "case manager" she gives me a new hoop to jump through. I asked for a list of what she needed, the doctors send it over, then I get the "sorry, it is insufficient to support your claim." Nevermind, my leave is approved, just not my pay! 58 years old, paid into this crap for years, and they are holding my pay! Guess what...attorneys coming next, as well as the NJ Department of Labor.

Unsatisfactory Communication and customer service

Very poor communication extremely bad customer service. Not responsive to emails or voicemails left. As a whole extremely disappointed the way they handle their customers.

Auto insurance claims

My wife was in a car accident due to someone elses fault. The other person had insurance through broadspire. Long story short we had to file claims through them to have a money return back on items damaged in the crash. My wife spend two months sending multiple emails and phone calls with little to no response from them. Typically game of if we ignore you then you might go away and we dont have to pay out.

User's recommendation: Document every email and phone call. Call the main number and get everyone’s supervisors contact information. Take a day off work and call everyone you possible can with follow up emails. I called 13 times within three hours with a zero response or answered from call from three different people. After annoying them to death I was able to finally get them to do their job. Disgusting group of people who wants to play games with your money. Do whatever it takes and don’t give up make them be responsive to you and do their job!

The worst experience I ever had connected and represented by the company I work for!

Customer services and zero follow ups from claim examiners . I called at least 30 times got reference numbers everytime, I cod never get anywhere new person every time I called and had to re explain everything they dont read documents and notes in claim order. Be aware even the better business brutal doesn't have this company listed. You should be a shamed of yourself!!!!

They are useless !

My name is Paul Robb and I live In Port Rickey FL. Two years ago I was hurt and now I am a paraplegic and have been waiting for a handicap vehicle so I can move around. I am on workingman's comp sense the accident happened on the job. I have Lawyers that seem useless and I have to do all the work. The case worker from your company is totatly incompent in her job. Her name is Stacey. Now The guy named Tony that approves the vehicle is now where to be found. How does The State of Florida hire these company's to represent them in workingman's cases!

Zero knowledge of what's going on with a customers claim. There is a note section in the myleavetech.com section i left over 20 documents and notes with reference numbers and dates and times .They don't read them make you explain everything over and over and you get nowhere fast. New person on the phone everytime you call! Make sure you document everything you do and COVER YOUR ASS!!!!! Over a month now and no conclusions

This is terrible.. I’m trying to comply with this company after many days of not hearing from them!

My husband passed away. And decided to cancel our trip. Canceled on December 15, 2021 uploaded information . Finally, heard from this company 1-12-2022. Requesting more information.. some of the information had been previously sent. I couldnt uploaded any from my computer. I m not the best on certain things. So I .. faxed the information that was requested on 1-12-2022 to the person requesting information. I sent more then was requested so they got the complete picture. My husband DIED. Ive tried calling.. no return calls, website not updated! Is this place legitimately working for or against me? Numerous messages left and still adjuster nor supervisor does not call ! What gives?
