This company dealt with a claim when UPS delivery person damaged my property.They were extremely slow in contacting me after UPS had sent in the claim - about a month - although not quite as slow as UPS who took 4 months to deal with the matter.
They gave me a different reference no to that given by them to UPS to pass on to me, asked for copies of quotes they had already had and their staff were arrogant and unhelpful.
The person I dealt with on the phone seemed to think he was the only person who was important or mattered.Finally however they paid out fairly quickly.
