I filed a claim for accidental death as part of being a member of the Wescom Credit Union about 3 months ago and until now all I received so far are three identical letters except the date on the letter telling me that they are still waiting for the police and coroner's report before they could process the claim . All required paperworks they have requested from me have been submitted .

For a $1,500 claim , it takes that long to process .

The other claims from other insurance companies we filed have been processed and received . Amount of claims were even bigger than this claim.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
